Holy Flame Totem, huh? Let me tell ya, it’s somethin’ else.
I ain’t no fancy pants expert, but I know a thing or two about throwin’ fire around. This here Holy Flame Totem, it’s like havin’ a little fire buddy that helps ya out. You get it real early on, level 4 they say, after you mess around with them shells in the Mud Flats. That Templar fella, he gives it to ya. Breakin’ Some Eggs, that’s the quest. Sounds kinda silly, but the totem ain’t silly at all.
So, what does it do? Well, it puts down this here totem, see? And this totem, it starts shootin’ fire. Not just one little flame, mind you, but three! Like a little fire fountain, shootin’ at them bad guys. Burns ’em good, it does. They say it’s physical damage turned into fire damage, but all I know is, things burn up real good.

Now, the ground around the totem, it gets all holy-like. They call it “consecrated ground.” Sounds fancy, but what it means is, you stand on it, and them nasty curses can’t touch ya. Handy, real handy, when you’re fightin’ all sorts of mean critters. Keeps ya healthy and fightin’. The range, they say it’s 100. Don’t know what that means exactly, but it’s far enough to keep ya safe, I tell ya.
This ain’t just any old fire totem, no sir. It’s a new and improved version, they say. Used to be just one fire thing shootin’ out, but now it’s three. And that holy ground thing, that’s new too. Makes a big difference, believe me. More fire, more protection, that’s what I say.
How to Make it Better
