Get all wow shaman sod runes: check out this quick guide to find them all easily!
Okay, so I wanted to try out the new runes for Shamans in Season of Discovery. I heard some buzz about them and figured, why not?
First things first, I had to find this “Storm, Earth, and Fire” rune. From what I gathered, it’s somewhere in northern Felwood. So, I went off to this area, around 62, 10 on the map, and started taking out these Deadwood Shaman mobs. It took a while, but finally, one of them dropped what I was looking for. It’s called the .
Then came the tricky part. The instructions said to equip this , and then get three enemies to low health all at once. Once they were all weak, I had to kill them all with a single cast of , and then use the . Sounds simple, right? It wasn’t. I messed up a few times, I won’t lie. Grouping them up and getting their health just right without accidentally killing one too early was a pain. But after a few tries, I finally managed it, and boom, I got the rune.
- Step 1: Head to northern Felwood (/way 62 10).
- Step 2: Kill Deadwood Shaman mobs until the drops.
- Step 3: Equip the .
- Step 4: Bring three enemies to low health at once.
- Step 5: Kill them all with a single cast of .
- Step 6: Use the to get the rune.
I also heard that Enhancement Shamans are pretty powerful in SoD. Apparently, they’re like, top-tier or something. Good single-target damage, cleave, and AoE, so that’s something to look forward to.
I wanted to figure out more about the Shaman runes in general, what slots they go into, and all that stuff. There’s apparently a guide somewhere that breaks down each new Shaman Class Rune in Season of Discovery. I spent some time looking into that, and it seems like there’s a bunch of them available.
So, that’s my little adventure with the Shaman runes so far. It was a bit of a hassle, especially with that whole “kill three enemies at once” thing, but I got it done. Now I’m just messing around, trying to see how these runes work in action. It’s been pretty fun, and I’m learning a lot. From what I’ve seen, these runes can really change up the gameplay, so I’m excited to see what else I can do with them.
Oh, I also stumbled upon some info about Warlock runes while I was at it. It seems there’s a whole separate guide on those. I didn’t dive deep into that, but it’s good to know. For now, I’m just focusing on my Shaman and seeing how far I can push these new abilities.
Overall
It was a good learning experience. It’s always fun to try out new things and see how they change the game. I’m still not an expert or anything, but I’m getting the hang of it. If you’re a Shaman main or just curious, I’d say give these runes a shot. Just be prepared for a bit of a challenge, especially with that Storm, Earth, and Fire rune quest.
