Totem Pole Freedom NH: What is it and why should you care? Heres the real deal about this topic.
Okay, so, let’s talk about this Totem Pole thing in Freedom, New Hampshire. I’d been seeing some chatter online about it – people talking about real estate, some kind of association, and I don’t know, it just sounded kind of interesting. A place where you can just hang out and be free? Sign me up.
So, I started digging. Found out it’s called Totem Pole Park. There’s a condo association – Totem Pole Park Condominium Association. Sounds a little formal, but okay. I saw a couple of names associated with it – Kim Lauranzano and Dennis Gould. Not sure who they are, maybe the bigwigs of the association?
Then I started looking into the actual place. Apparently, it’s got a bunch of houses, condos, you know, places to live. And it’s supposed to have all these amenities. I’m thinking pools, maybe a gym, that kind of stuff. The words “endless amenities” were used a lot, gotta admit, they got me there. It sounded pretty darn good.
I went on some real estate websites, just to get a feel for the place. They kept saying it was one of the “finest properties” in the area. They weren’t lying about the amenities, they got everything there.
One website, I think it was called “Info NH”, had a listing of all the homes for sale in Totem Pole. I browsed through them, dreaming a little, you know? Another place, “Badger Peabody Smith Realty”, they had some info too. They were talking about it being a “special subdivision”. Fancy, huh?
So, I guess what I’m saying is, this Totem Pole place in Freedom, it seems like a pretty sweet deal. Lots of places to live, tons of stuff to do, and it’s all in this little town called Freedom. Kind of ironic, isn’t it? A place called Freedom having a condo association, but, hey, to each their own. I just thought it was interesting enough to check out and share with you guys.
