Okay, so yesterday I bumped into this crossword puzzle, and let me tell you, it was a doozy. The title was “Feature of a deluxe pie … and of this puzzle?”. At first, I was like, what the heck does that even mean? But I dove in anyway.
I started filling in the words I knew for sure. I used a pencil, of course, gotta be able to erase mistakes, you know? I work pretty well with those easy, short words. But then, I hit a wall. There were some clues that I just couldn’t crack. I mean, who comes up with these things? I stared at the blank spaces for a while, feeling kind of stumped.
So I did what any normal person would do. I started searching for hints online. I typed in something like “Feature of a deluxe pie crossword clue.” I went through a few different websites, skimming through a bunch of stuff that wasn’t quite right. It took some time.
Then, bingo! I found a few sites that mentioned “STUFFEDCRUST” as a possible answer. It made sense! A stuffed crust is definitely a feature of a deluxe pie. I wrote that down.
The Final Stretch
- I went back to the puzzle and filled in “STUFFEDCRUST.”
- And guess what? It fit perfectly. I felt so smart.
- It opened up a few more words, and then, after that, I was on a roll.
Finally, after all that, I managed to complete the entire puzzle! It was so satisfying to see all those words filled in. I felt like a crossword champion, even though I definitely needed some help along the way. I guess the lesson here is, don’t be afraid to look for hints when you’re stuck. And also, stuffed crust is the best kind of crust.
