- They say Aquarians, them folks born under that water sign, they like this Star card. Says it helps ’em look beyond the everyday stuff, ya know? Reach for the stars, I guess. Good for them, I say. Aim high, even if you just a country bumpkin like me, or not like me, I ain’t sayin’ who I am.
- Then there’s this Justice card. They say it goes with Libra folks. Always tryin’ to make the right choice, them Libras. Tough job, that. This Justice card, it reminds ’em to find balance. Like, don’t eat too much pie, but don’t starve yourself neither. Common sense, if you ask me.
- And don’t forget The Hierophant. Sounds like somethin’ you’d find in a church, don’t it? Well, it goes with Taurus folks. Stubborn as mules, them Taurus people. Stick to their beliefs, no matter what. This Hierophant card, it’s like that too. Strong and steady. Like an old oak tree, or me after a big supper.
This Aquarian Tarot deck, it’s supposed to give you a fresh look at things. A new perspective, they call it. Like, instead of seein’ the glass half empty, you see it half full. Or maybe you just see a glass that needs refillin’, ha! That’s my kind of perspective, I tell ya.
So, how do you use these cards? Well, I ain’t no expert, but from what I gather, you shuffle ’em up, think about what you wanna know, and then you lay ’em out. Each card, it tells a part of the story. It’s like readin’ tea leaves, but with pictures. Or maybe it’s like lookin’ at the clouds and guessin’ what shapes they make. Only these shapes mean somethin’, or so they say.
Some folks, they use these cards to guide them. To help ’em make decisions. Like, should I plant my corn this week or next? Should I marry that fella with the crooked smile? Big questions, you know? And these cards, they supposed to help you find the answers. But mind you, don’t go blamin’ the cards if things don’t work out, you hear? You the one makin’ the choices, cards just show you the way, maybe.
Now, I ain’t sayin’ I believe in all this hocus pocus. But I ain’t sayin’ I don’t neither. Sometimes, you gotta have a little faith. A little hope. And if these cards can give you that, well, then I reckon they ain’t so bad. Besides, them pictures sure are purdy. And who doesn’t like a good story, even if it’s told by a bunch of cards, am I right?
Traditional tarot symbolism, they call it, the stuff on these here cards. But this Aquarian deck, it gives it a new spin, makes it fresh. Like takin’ an old recipe and addin’ a pinch of somethin’ new. Makes it tastier, you know? And who doesn’t like tasty, whether it’s food or stories about the future, eh?
