Running visors: Why you need one? Discover the benefits of wearing visors!

Okay, so I’ve been getting into running lately, and let me tell you, the sun can be a real pain. I mean, it’s great for getting that vitamin D, but when it’s glaring in your eyes, it’s hard to see where you’re going. I used to just wear a regular baseball cap, but it got so hot and sweaty. It felt like I was wearing a sauna on my head, I kept on grabbing it off my head, which is not very comfortable, you know?

So, I started looking for something better. I saw some other runners wearing these things called visors. They looked kind of cool, and I figured they must be doing something right, right? I did some digging and found out that these visors are actually pretty awesome for runners. They shade your eyes from the sun without trapping all the heat on your head like a hat. I do a lot of other sports activities outside as well, biking, hiking, so I think maybe the visors would work well.

Here’s what I did:

  • Researched online: I went on different websites to read reviews about running visors, you know, just to see what other people were saying. I found out that there are tons of different brands and styles, so I really needed to narrow it down.
  • Considered my needs: I thought about what I really needed in a visor. I wanted something lightweight, breathable, and, of course, something that would keep the sun out of my eyes. I don’t care about the style that much, I mean, as long as it works.
  • Compared a few options: I ended up looking at a few different visors, one called Nike Dri-FIT something. I mean, the name is fancy, but I’m sure there are others that are just as good. I looked at the materials, the price, and, of course, what other runners had to say about them.
  • Made a decision: After thinking about it for a while, I decided to go with the Nike one. I mean, I read a lot of good reviews and it seems like it’s going to be just what I need, and it is not too expensive, so I just ordered it online.

I started using my visor for my runs and I really like it. It made such a big difference. No more squinting, no more sweaty head. It was like a whole new world of running opened up to me. It really keeps the sun out of my eyes, and it’s so light and airy that I barely even notice it’s there. I should have gotten one of these things a long time ago!

If you’re a runner, or really, if you do any kind of outdoor activity, I highly recommend checking out running visors. They’re a simple thing, but they can make a huge difference in your comfort and performance, they work way better than my old baseball cap.
